Next Up--Katie, Maggie AND Jetta Valentine--comin' to NYC🍎💋!!

The week of July 6th--12th brought more wonderful Visitors from the West!! Katie Marie and Maggie Wilde and Jetta Valentine came to see Us!! It was great to have them here. Maggie just turned 8 this past May and she was a pretty good little Traveler!! There were lots of "to do's" on the List and except for one or two--they were able to get them done. Their 1st day here was "packed" with exciting things: Brunch at the American Girl Cafe and then a matinee performance of "Lion King"!! The next days "flew by" with trips out to see Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, walking the Brooklyn Bridge and the trip to "Queens and Rego Park for Church. Monday, July 10, 2017, these 3 joined some of the Temple Missionaries in their "real" outing to the furthermost eastern site on Long Island, Montauk Point Lighthouse--what a Day!!--a FULL DAY (depart 6:45 am and return 9:15 pm😜😴!!) we enjoyed the American Museum of Natural History on Tuesday (July 11th) and then the 3 of them did an evening tour of The Highline--a historic "trail" above the old garment/meat packing area of the City where Chelsea Market can be found. They "loved it"!!  Here are some of our "many pics" of their time here.

Katie, Maggie & Jetta also joined the Temple Missionary outing to Montauk Point Lighthouse on the east end of Long Island, New York--right before it "hits" the Atlantic Ocean. It was a 3-hr train ride
from Penn Station on the Long Island RailRoad. It was an ALL DAY activity--but very interesting place to go!!
